About the Role
The successful candidate will take direct ownership of prediction-market strategies, live risk, execution and performance. The firm is open to systematic, discretionary and hybrid approaches, but the key requirement is a repeatable edge demonstrated in real trading.
What You’ll Do
• Own live PnL, risk and execution across prediction-market strategies
• Find, price and trade event-driven opportunities across relevant venues
• Build and improve systematic, discretionary or hybrid trading processes
• Apply probabilistic reasoning, data analysis, market-structure insight and behavioural analysis to mispricings
• Review trades rigorously: attribution, sizing, drawdowns and decision quality
• Work with researchers and engineers to improve tooling, data, execution and scalability
What We’re Looking For
• A proven, verifiable live trading record in prediction markets, ideally 1–2+ years
• Clear personal ownership of trading decisions, capital allocation and risk
• Evidence of a repeatable process, not one-off wins
• Strong understanding of prediction-market mechanics, liquidity, order-book dynamics, execution, event pricing and behavioural inefficiencies
• Excellent position sizing, risk management and post-trade review discipline
• Comfort operating independently in a high-accountability, PnL-driven environment
Strong Preference
• Experience at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, betting-market operation, market maker or leading prediction-market platform
• Track record trading Polymarket, Kalshi or comparable venues
• Experience with systematic or market-neutral strategies, cross-venue execution, liquidity provision, or event-driven trading
• Ability to discuss track record, capital deployed, PnL, drawdowns and source of edge with confidence
