They are looking for a Middle C++ Engineer to join the team in Dubai.
You’ll work on the core infrastructure behind high-frequency trading systems, focused on market connectivity, performance and latency.
You’ll:
Design and implement new market links and connectivity tools
Build high-load, low-latency C++ applications
Identify and eliminate latency across critical infrastructure
Improve system performance, reliability and scalability
Work closely with trading, data and engineering teams
Take ownership of production systems
3+ years of professional software development experience
Strong modern C++
Experience with high-load and/or low-latency systems
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
Solid knowledge of software design patterns
Understanding of networking, including REST and WebSockets
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
HFT or systematic trading experience
Financial markets knowledge
FIX or other exchange connectivity protocols
Distributed systems
AWS, Kubernetes or Kafka
Prometheus, Grafana or Kibana
Python
Work directly on production HFT infrastructure where engineering decisions have measurable impact.
You’ll join a small, highly technical team with a flat structure and significant ownership. It’s a strong opportunity to deepen your experience in low-latency trading, market connectivity and performance-critical C++ at production scale.
